Fareham Heathens trio link up with London Irish Academy
The under-15 trio have all progressed through the ranks with Heathens and will be in the DPP (developing player programme).
Joining front row player Dom Fella at London Irish are full-back Charlie Barnes and number eight Josh Nicholls.

Hide AdUnder-15 team head coach and Fareham Heathens CCC, Jack Orley believes the recognition of their talent is a great credit to them and the club, highlighting their dedication to the sport.
He said: '˜It's no surprise they got into the London Irish academy. Their passion for rugby, their attitude to training and the fun they have when playing reflects on the environment set by the whole team.
'˜They are a great example of the team we have and I am very proud they have been recognised for being great players and great young men.'
Having spent the past two seasons at the London Irish academy Dom Fella credits the discipline, motivation and hard work put in by the Fareham Heathens' coaches for helping his development.

Josh Nicholls has been at Fareham Heathens since April 2013 and has gone from strength to strength, showing his versatility at playing nearly all positions.
Having missed out on selection last season, he has worked incredibly hard and has proven you should never give up.
Relative newcomer to rugby, Charlie Barnes, only started playing rugby 14 months ago and has only played one season of rugby.

Hide AdHaving come from a football background he has shown it is never too late to take up playing rugby and prove your ability among those who have been playing for years.
London Irish coaches have clearly recognised his potential and selected him for this coming season's DPP.
