Clark's donation provides huge boost for Fareham parkrun
The core volunteer team at Fareham parkrun are thrilled and hugely grateful for this donation from Clark, of Rural Running.
As soon as the AED arrives Fareham parkrun plan to arrange a free training session for using the AED and CPR.
This will be open to anyone at Fareham parkrun.

An automated external defibrillator is a lightweight, portable device that delivers an electric shock through the chest to the heart.
It can stop an irregular heart rhythm and allow a normal rhythm to resume following sudden cardiac arrest
Clark said: ‘It’s about the local running fraternity looking out for each other and being able to look after each other.

Meanwhile on Saturday, Denmead Striders’ Jon Sullivan finished first at Fareham parkrun in 18min 28sec.
Daisy Hall was another runner who had an excellent morning.
She finished first lady as she also set a new personal best on the course of 20.14.
Sophie Reynolds crossed the line second lady with a PB of 23.13.

Hide AdIn total 132 runners completed the 35th edition of Fareham parkrun at Cams Hall Estate, Cams Hill.
Junior runner Bella Emmonds completed her 10th parkrun, while Kathy O’Loughlin finished her 50th parkrun.
Daniel Booker completed his 10th parkrun to earn his junior t-shirt.
And John Salt ran his 100th parkrun to join the century club.
