Flood warnings as heavy rain and strong winds to hit Portsmouth
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for tomorrow (November 9) from 1pm to 11.59pm.Â
Forecasters are warning that a band of heavy rain will hit the city with widely 15-25 mm of rain falling and perhaps 50 mm over higher ground.Â

Hide AdAs well the Met Office are also warning that the downpours of rain will be accompanied by strong winds with gusts of 50 mph possible inland and perhaps 60 mph around some coasts.
With residents being warned of delays to public transport and risk of homes being flooded.Â
