Drivers on the M27 are being delayed at a peak spot.
A lane has been closed westbound at junction 4 near the M3 interchange after a vehicle stalled. A post from AA Road Traffic said: “One lane closed due to stalled vehicle on M27 Westbound at J4 M3. Traffic is coping well.”
