FIREFIGHTERS leapt to the rescue after a car smashed into a central reservation in Havant.
The single-car collision involving a red Toyota took place just down the road from Havant Fire Station on Park Way at 6.10pm.
A male, thought to be in his 50s, walked away from the crash unscathed and did not need any medical attention.
Firefighters made the scene safe before police arrived.
