Hide AdMs Braverman’s short stint as home secretary previously saw her come under fire when she blamed the disruption by Just Stop Oil on the ‘tofu-eating wokerati’.
‘It's the Labour party, it's the Lib Dems, it's the coalition of chaos, it’s the Guardian-reading tofu-eating wokerati - dare I say, the anti-growth coalition - that we have to thank for the disruption we are seeing on our roads today,’ she said.
Meanwhile, Portsmouth North MP Penny Mordaunt, the two-time Tory leadership contender, will remain as Leader of the House of Commons.
She was also re-appointed as Lord President of the Council.
