THE judge hearing racist Samarah Rivers' case hit out at probation 'oversights' in monitoring offenders.
Rivers, 42, appeared in court having already been handed a community order for anti-Semitic abuse of a woman.
In the latest case the court was told officers had gone to her former partner's home to a domestic incident to find her drunk in the kitchen clutching her young son.
