Portsmouth Magistrates' Court - latest update

Matthew Allinson, 35, of Old River, Denmead, admitted failing to comply with a football banning order by not handing over his passport ahead of an England international away fixture on October 8.

Magistrates fined him £200.

He also admitted drug-driving on February 4 in Stockheath Road, Havant.

He had Benzoylecgonine, a cocaine breakdown product, in his blood.

Magistrates fined him £100 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Craig Woods, 28, of Eastbourne Avenue, Gosport, admitted two charges of drug-driving with a cocaine breakdown product, and cocaine in his blood, on December 27 last year in Nine Elms Lane, Fareham.

Magistrates fined him £80 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Garrett Slade, 49, of Southwood Road, Hayling Island, admitted causing fear of violence on April 18 on Hayling Island.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 20 days' rehabilitation activities, and 100 hours' unpaid work.

A restraining order banned him from contacting the victim for a year.

He must pay a £95 surcharge.

Presleigh Fairweather, 19, of Laburnum Grove, Copnor, admitting resisting a police officer on March 29 in Portsmouth.

She was fined £300 a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Marie Gonsalves, 47, of Curlew Gardens, Wecock Farm, admitted two charges of dishonestly failing to notify Havant Borough Council and the Department for Work and Pensions she had a job, and that would change her benefits.

She must pay a £20 surcharge.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.

Shani Parker, 33, of Solar Drive, Selsey, West Sussex, admitted six joint thefts and was handed a four-month jail term suspended for a year.

She must complete 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

The stores targeted were in Petersfield, Portsmouth and Fareham between January 5 and February 7.

The goods were worth £2,019 in total.

She must pay £120 compensation.

Graham Williams, 54, of Montgomerie Road, Southsea, admitted drink-driving in Bedford Street, Southsea, on May 28.

A test revealed he had 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

He also admitted having cocaine, a class A drug on May 28.

Magistrates imposed a nine-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

He was banned from driving for two years.
