Alfie Morel, 23, from Tidcombe Green, Leigh Park, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court charged with the oral rape of a boy under 13, two counts of sexual assault of a boy under 13, two counts of sexual activity with an under-13 boy and engaging in sexual communication with a child.
The offences, which allegedly took place from November 30 to April 1, involve three boys and are said to have taken place in the Havant area.

Morel, dressed in black trousers and top, spoke only to confirm his name and did not enter any pleas.
He will next appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on May 4.
Despite an application for Morel to be remanded in custody by prosecutor Lucy Linnington, this was rejected by magistrates who granted him conditional bail after Tim Sparkes, defending, persuaded the bench.
The conditions include him having a GPS tag so he is not to enter Hampshire but for attending court. He is also not allowed to have any contact with any of the alleged victims and was given a curfew to reside at a relative’s address in south east London from 3pm to 9pm. This will not start until tomorrow, though.
Morel is also not allowed to have any unsupervised contact with anyone aged under 16 unless their guardians are aware of the charges against him.
