He was ordered to be detained in court but this was deemed served as he spent time in custody.
n Karen Young, 51, of Kent Street, Southsea, admitted a racially-aggravated public order offence on November 17 last year in Alyward Street, Portsmouth.
She pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress and was fined £120 by the court.

n Natasha Griggs, 43, of Havant Road, Farlington, admitted using an unlicensed Citroen car on the A2030 on August 5 last year.

No victim surcharge was imposed to the defendant’s means and the compensation order takes priority.
