Croissant thief fined
CROISSANT thief Thomas Barrett was fined £20.
Barrett, 58, stole it from Graze in Portsmouth on March 17.
At Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he admitted theft and breaching a community protection notice. He must pay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
