CCTV released after woman left 'screaming' when two men burgled her home in Portsmouth

TWO men have been captured on CCTV after a burglary in Portsmouth.

CCTV images, which are being released by the police, show the burglary to be ‘just after 5.30pm’ on Tuesday, May 17.

Neighbours of a 28-year-old woman in Malthouse Road, Buckland, called the police and reported hearing screaming, after two men forced their way into her house.

The men were described by Hampshire Constabulary to be in their early 20s and wearing black clothing, with hoods up and drawn tightly around their faces.

One of the men ‘had a moustache and was also wearing a baseball cap’ according to officers.

The police have sent out an appeal for anyone with any knowledge of this incident, or if anybody recognises either of the two men from the released CCTV images.
